Over the course of my career, I have worked across government, healthcare, higher education, and the private sector leading technology strategy and large-scale transformation efforts. These experiences shaped how I think about technology change and the challenges organizations face when navigating complex environments.
Technology decisions rarely affect technology alone. They influence governance, operations, funding, and the long-term sustainability of institutions. In highly regulated environments especially, these initiatives carry lasting operational, financial, and governance implications. Yet many organizations are asked to move forward without the strategic guidance needed to navigate that change effectively.
I am passionate about helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence. That belief has guided my work throughout my career and ultimately led me to establish Payatech Consulting in 2022.
Through Payatech, I work with institutions to approach technology transformation thoughtfully. My focus is on strengthening governance, preparing organizations for major system transitions, and building sustainable technology strategies that support long-term success.
