Over the course of my career I have worked across healthcare, global enterprise, workforce and recruiting technology, public media, and state government leading technology strategy and large-scale transformation efforts. These experiences shaped how I think about technology change and the challenges organizations face when navigating complex environments.

Technology decisions rarely affect technology alone. They influence governance, operations, funding, and long-term sustainability. In highly regulated environments these initiatives carry lasting operational, financial, and governance implications, yet many organizations move forward without the strategic guidance needed to navigate that change effectively.

My focus is on helping organizations approach technology transformation thoughtfully, strengthening governance, preparing for major system transitions, and building sustainable technology strategies that support long-term success.
